ARIPAN FOUNDATION relies heavily on voluntary work for achieving its mission. Our volunteers are the backbone of the organization and they come from all the walks of life: they include professionals as well as enthusiastic youths. These dedicated individuals have taken on the mission of raising civic awareness and igniting a spirit of change in the society.
What We Do
— We Educate
There are many children in our communities who do not have the opportunity to go to school or are forced to dropout due to numerous factors, including, the need to earn for themselves, their families, or live in households where education isn’t a priority. In response, our staff at the community level help parents understand the benefits of education, support in enrolling children into formal or informal education so that they continue to learn and are provided with an opportunity to thrive.
— We Build Networks
Building & sustaining networks of individuals and entities for community improvement that includes establishing and maintaining communication channels, exchanging resources, and coordinating collaborative activities. Through these networks we engage communities by reaching to to the people who are central to these efforts.
— We Strengthen
We are continuously making an effort to build a community that is cohesive, safe, confident, prosperous and happy place. It should be free of poverty and crime, providing a high quality of life for everyone that lives there.
— We Provide Care
Health is one of the most crucial & neglected aspect among our community. And to cater this, we organize and facilitate support groups for various population. We are working to enhance the availability of community based resources, advocate to ensure that important public policy issues related to healthcare are addressed.

Assisting community member in overcoming livelihood hurdles and connecting them to various Government’s social scheme by identifying their requirement and facilitating them to get benefitted through those schemes.

It is important to have a say of each community member for an effective implementation of any community driven program. Hence, while designing any campaign or program for our community members, we value and promote open and participative development processes
Impact Stories
Saif Ali struggles hard during Covid-19 pandemic to make ends meet.
Saif Ali belongs to Bihar & lives in a slum near Ghaziabad railway station. He has a family of 8 which includes 4 children. Before pandemic, he used to perform dance & tricks on the rope to entertain people & get the earnings from it. During Covid-19 lockdown, he used to walked down for 15km through railway line in search of food. Somehow we got to know about him & helped him with a ration kit.
Toshif was a daily wage laborer who lost his only source of income due to Covid-19 pandemic.
Toshif lives in Shaheed Nagar along with 2 other family members. He used to work as a daily wage laborer in a factory of MaujPur, North East. Few months his wife gave birth to her daughter who died after few hours. He has spent all his savings on his wife’s treatment. And unfortunately, he lost his job too due tpo Covid-19 ,lockdown. Our team has helped him with a ration kit.
Distribution of cooked meal to migrant labors.
Our team has distributed 200 cooked meals, 200 chocolates, 500 water packets to migrant labors in Sahibabad, Mohan Nagar, Lajpat Nagar who were going back to their hometown.
United against hunger during Covid-19 lockdown
Our team has distributed 200 cooked meals, 500 water packets, 250 biscuits & 55 milk packets to stranded migrant labor in Kamlesh Rana Higher Secondary School, Sahibabad Railways Road. These migrant labors were walking towards their hometown in UP, Bihar and Punjab
